It’s almost the end of the month. Yup, April’s almost behind it and it’s time to look ahead and make May gloooooooooorious (that last word was said in an annoying high-pitched sing song tone).
This week why not braindump (and plan and organise)….
Things to do in May (aka May Goals)
If you’ve got a Life is Crafted starter pack planner, each month begins with a Monthly Dreams page. If you have got one of my little lovelies, no problem, just grab a page and title it May Dreams (perhaps washi tape the hell out of it first – love washi, it is addictive ;)…..
Then list down all the things you’d like to accomplish in May. If it makes it easier break it down into categories like:
- Anything else that is relevant to you
Take action now!
You may want to just jot down short points and then nut them out when it’s time to focus on that goal. Or you may want to craft them into real actionable goals. It’s totally up to you, but I challenge you to have at least one thing on the list that inspires and stretches you and you write out fully.
I recommend reading this list everyday and planning in times to accomplish them and then doing that magical ‘tick off’ when it’s complete.
On my list
I generally do this every month. Over on my other blog I write out my monthly dreams and do a review on last month’s progress. I normally do it on the last day of the month (and being totally human I’ve missed a couple of months along the way!) but it is another nice way to maintain progress and see what I’ve achieved (and have an excuse to pat myself on the back or reassess my priorties!).
I often jot stuff down on future months when I come up with ideas in the present.
On my list so far is:
- Celebrate my birthday
- Archery with friends
- Complete designs

If you have a lot going on in general , here’s a post I wrote about creating your own Magical Monday Braindump party and get all the ‘to dos’, ‘somedays’ and ‘gosh, darn it, I REALLY have tos’ in a list.
Life is crafted, craft yours.
